We ship your order directly from our overseas warehouse. This allows us to offer a wide range of products that are often difficult to find locally. At the same time, this method helps to reduce transport costs and CO₂ emissions. So you're not only choosing a bargain, but also a more sustainable way of shopping – without compromising on service or quality.

Free shipping – always

We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom and Ireland, regardless of the order amount. Your order will be delivered to your home at no extra cost.

Processing and shipping confirmation

As soon as your order is placed, we will immediately start processing it. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days. You will then automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code, which you can use to easily track your parcel. In most cases, you will receive the code almost immediately, and otherwise within 48 hours.

Delivery time

The standard delivery time is 7 to 12 days. In some cases, such as around public holidays or during extremely busy periods or adverse weather conditions, delivery may take up to 28 days. We will, of course, keep you informed of the progress via Track & Trace.

Cancelling your order

Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. If your parcel has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to stop the cancellation. Is the parcel already on its way? Then you can return it in accordance with our returns policy as soon as you receive it.
